A. STD testing is recommended in the following situations

  • You can request a specimen collection using the Self-Test app and the OHKZ webpage.
  • We will deliver the collected sample directly to the collector at the requested time.
  • For more information, please read the instructions for use (IFU).

  • Results are available within 3 working days from the time the urine is collected and the specimen arrives at the laboratory. (Closed after 12:00 on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays.)
  • Once the results are complete, you will be sent a “Link to Results”. This link will allow you to view your results.
  • You can also simply call us to discuss your results.

  • If you get a positive result, you should immediately consult your healthcare provider and seek medical attention quickly.
  • You can easily make an appointment at your nearest healthcare provider or by contacting the OHKZ Clinic Call Center.

  • The STI-12 Sample collection Kit is intended for unisex use, and female urine samples may not be sensitive enough to detect some infectious agents.
  • If you are a female, please visit OHKZ Clinic for a more accurate test and perform the STI-12 test with a vaginal swab.
